Job Purpose:Administering of picking and packing of quality eggs in clean packaging that contest or surpus the standard of the SQF System Requirements.
Required Qualifications:National certificate or Abet .
Minimun Needed Skills: Applicants must have good communication skills and capable of reading and writing.
Training needed:HACCP,AnimalWalfare,Food Security,Allergen,Chemical Handling, SQF,SSOP,GMP and all other needed additional training.
Responsibilities Check for clearly legible carton listed according to customer requirements.
Ensure that case labels match the carton type and code date. Place case labels to the proper packed cases when applicable.
Instruct any variances of carton dates and labels to the Packer Operator or Processing Floor Lead.
Inspect in process egg quality by opening a minimum of one carton per case.Report applicable team member to correct when problems are present.
Persist on being organized well maintained working area.
Separate and help with reworking packages if eggs or package quality is not consistent with customer provisions.
Follow steps to properly clean equipment at the end of the production according to the rules and regulations of SSOP’s.
Maintain all given instructions by GMP/HACCP and SQF guidelines for proper handling of eggs.
Promote the Cooper Culture through trainings and personal demonstration.
Ensure an active interest in all performing level, attitude and availability.
Maintain all the rules and regulations of healthy and safety guidelines.
Deliver all duties as apparent or instructed.
These are the current essential functions of the job and are subjected to change.
Provision of transportation will be provided everyday after work to the nearest Town and also nearest communities.
