A satisfying opportunity is available for a suitable candidate at Gas Cash Solutions SA.We are the South African leading provider Of Integrated Cash Management Solutions and we have a vacancy for a Cash Center Administrator based at our deports in Klerksdorp.
The suitable applicant must report to the Branch Manager
To provide full administrative assistance in terms of all cash centre activities.
.Schedule various reports received from CMC.
.Scan and send customer deposit slips,e-viper reports and banking consignment form.
.Downright and yield variance reports,ATM’s and teller/treasury variances.
.Accomplish monthly statistics on a daily basis
.Customer Services (Internal and external)
.Inscriptions all customer queries timeously ,professional and effectively within the agreed SLA (timelines)
.Provide solutions to customers when deviations from agreed processes/Contracts are identified .
.Recognize preventative repetative service failures and communications to customers as well as the CMS Manager.
.See to pertinent internal requests for information.
.Scramble any required investigation documentation for handover to risk department for further use.
Segregation of duties
.Carry out independent function for the receiving of all customer orders .
Outsourced Cash Processing Centre (OCPC)Support
.Produce all paper work that will be needed for the following days loadings
.Obtain authorization (where needed)from the FNB HUB then handover to relevant teams
.Dispatch all the deposit slips to FNB HUB
Healthy and Safety
.Take part in the design/development review/enforcement and monitoring of the departmental safety plans for each year
.Take part in safety forums established by the company for example safety meetings and safety talks
.Give in an account of all safety incidents following up on activities assigned through safety meeting,committee representative management.
.Cling to the safety policies and procedures at the workplace
.Distribute safety information as and when required
.Wear protective clothing all the time
The Ideal Candidate:
.Grade 12,Mathematics/Accounting subjects recommended
.Prior working experience within an administrative capacity essential
.Computer literacy in MS Office Packages required
.Show experience in the compiling in reports
.Previous Cash Management Centre experience would be highly beneficial
.Knowledge of administrative procedures
.Knowledge of Cash Management Centre processes and systems preferred
.Ms Office computer skills
.Communication skills (written and verbal)
