Job objectives
Provide customer service to walk in customers and generate sales Continuous training and support with product information
Solve inquiries from doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, surgical and other customers regarding surgical and ethical inventory
Quotes by phone and electronic processing
Daily contact with surgical department for back orders, inventory orders and all other order related functions Implement a strategic follow-up accounting system to ensure correct and updated data
Interact with other departments to generate sales. Ensure potential sales are secured. Help with weekly follow-up up promotional and excess inventory. Provide with good and professional feedback on unidentified products . Perform other related functions from time to time
Needed Qualifications

Grade 12 Bachelor of Nursing
Previous experience in a similar role and or industry
Knowledge and skills
Essential Knowledge of pharmaceutical products will be beneficial
Good Communication skills, preferably fluent in English and African
MS Office Attention to detail
Reliable time management skills

Least Skills And Knowledge Needed:
Grade 12 / Matric certificate
Tertiary qualification in sales and / or marketing would be beneficial
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a comparable position, preferably in a similar environment
Excellent business English – both oral and written
Proficiency in MS Office
A valid driver’s license is required
Proven statistical and analytical skills
Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
Availability to work longer hours according to operational requirements
Minimum Account Of The Principal Performance Zones:
Accomplish weekly call cycles at relevant stores
Increase and maintain a customer / customer database.
Solve customer questions
Receive and process orders
Facilitate the creation of an ordering process
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintaining and improving customer relationships
Attend meetings when needed at designated locations
Submit reports regularly
Attend trade shows
Assisting in corporate marketing event
